最近上面的「聲明」又在各朋友的FACEBOOK個人頁面上流傳，主要的內容簡單說就是「即時起限制對FACEBOOK的授權範圍：不能洩漏、再授權、出賣使用者的個資、照片及PO文內容」，不過這樣的聲明是否有效呢？

首先，所有FB的註冊使用者在註冊時都已經同意過FACEBOOK的授權條款，也就是說使用者與FACEBOOK 依據使用條款已經約定了如下內容：
FACEBOOK的使用者『擁有』在臉書發布的所有內容與資料，可透過隱私和應用程式設定管理分享內容方式。所以 FACEBOOK 並不會『擁有』這些內容權利。
根據 FACEBOOK 的隱私條款規定，使用者『授權』 FACEBOOK
有權發布或分享使用者的照片或其他資訊。內容包括FACEBOOK 獲得使用者非獨家、可轉讓、可再授權、免版稅的全球授權，並使用FACEBOOK 使用者發佈在FACEBOOK 或與 FACEBOOK 關聯的任何智財權內容。
當使用者刪除其智財權內容或帳號，此智財權授權便宣告結束，除非其內容已與他人分享而他們沒有刪除該內容。
若是今天使用者真的發表這樣的「限制授權聲明」，效果是？
其實這樣的「聲明」是否算是Facebook已經收到或是同意，還很有疑問。縱使算是送到了Facebook，最多只是時間點上向後發生了單方的授權效力限制，這樣的事後限制授權聲明雖然在那一瞬間取代了之前的授權，不過因為FB的服務使用是長期性的，所以效力上來看，只要後續使用者繼續使用FB的服務，等同又再一次的（默認）同意了原始的使用條款，如此「聲明」也就等於又被取代沒效了！這意思就像你跟老闆買雞排本來說「要切不要辣」，想一想突然說「要辣好了」，最後又碎念「不要辣」「不要辣」「不要辣」，這樣當然大家都能懂最後結論是不要辣，中間講的要辣沒意義！所以發表這樣的聲明效力等於只是個人今天自爽的，真正想要停止FB分享、轉授權你的內容，就是不要再用FB的服務（不要發表，或是刪除你的內容、帳號囉！）做不到的話就不用麻煩一直聲明了！
